I have a sandisk 32 GB card, and am trying to take all that data to the 128 GB card I just bought. I created a seperate folder in my computer with all the info on my SD card. All the guides online are honestly confusing since they all have different steps. I heard you need to convert the file to a FAT32 file, so I downloaded http://ridgecrop.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm and don't know what to do next.

Switching SD-Cards
  1. Make sure your new SD-Card is in FAT32. Check ?format for more information.
  2. Copy all of the files and folders on the old SD-Card to a folder on your PC.
  3. Safely eject the SD-Card from your computer and insert the new one.
  4. Copy all of the files from your PC to the new SD-Card.
  5. Done!

About SD-Card formatting

For general information, please check [the FAQ](#1270692745056485417 message)
For further information, please check the guide

The 3DS family can only read SD-Cards if theyre formatted in FAT32.
For cards 32GB or under, formatting is not required before use unless the SD card has previously been formatted to something other than FAT32. If this is the case, use the guide.
For cards above 32GB use the guide.
64GB cards need an Allocation unit size of 32KB/32768 bytes,
128GB need 64KB/65536 bytes.
Cards above 128GB are not recommended because of performance issues.
