Not really, the hardware is already pretty good as is unless you're doing a full shell swap and got like a clear shell or something. Switching to Xbox layout might be possible by changing the buttons using rehid or something maybe, but considering you'd also have to open up the console to move them around, probably more effort than it's worth. The buttons very well could be keyed so that they can only be put in the correct hole (I have experienced this with other controllers I've repaired) and therefore it might not be possible to do at all
