cartridges corrupted because of streetpass data?

I've met a couple of people on streetpass recently and since then 2 of my games (Tomodachi Life and MK7) show this screen when I try to play them.
It only triggers when I do specific actions for tomodachi life (everything link to streetpass like the traveller's register) but in the case of mk7 it happens whenever I want to play.
I've already search if it's because of an update, extra data or my SD card but both games still triggers this screen even in those cases.
Any ideas on why I have this error/ How could I fix it?

If they are, clean them

But honestly, without a modded system, we cant see what's the exact reason why it happens
