it shuts down instantly but turns on perfectly after. is the battery loose? i was startled when it happened because i was just cleaning the back of the bottom part. it only happens when i press, nothing happens if i shake it.

Your battery is probably loose, put a piece of paper between it and the shell to keep it in place
Put a piece in, see if it still turns off. If it does, fold the paper in half. Keep going until it stops turning off. If it isn't helping let me know
