StreetPass Symbols: Different Symbols Except for One

Hello, I've recently collected a few StreetPasses. But, the symbols next to their name are the same except for one. Could anybody tell me what this means? Thanks in advance (make sure to click on the photo to see what i'm talking about).

Miis with vibes are met "via StreetPass" while Miis without vibes are considered met "by invitation"

Because you met this person in another game cuz this person didnt enable streetpass in the plaza itself
