I tried to play a game without the sd card and even without the sd card it crash and it shows a different error code

Both errors can be caused by corruption.

If its a broken settings app, mset will be the exception, but menu can also be the exception for broken titles in general

Open gm9 and go to /[0:]/ and hover over boot.firm. press Y to copy it then go back and go to /[1:]/ and press Y to paste boot.firm

Then power off, take out the sd card, and turn it on

You definitely have some sort of hardware issue. Ask for help in NH #hardware. Tell them each error you've gotten and how it happened (on boot, waiting x minutes, opening system settings, etc). Tell them you dont have a custom keyboard or rehid, and you've tried updating luma (which you had to manually install to ctrnand as it wasn't done automatically), a ctrtransfer, and a manual ctrtransfer. a hw test showed 0 errors, ctrcheck told you to reset title.db which you did.
