save files to NDS games without twilightmenu

I used NDSforwarder to bring ROMS of my pokemon games to my 3DS menu, my question is how do i upload my save files to those ROMS without using twilightmenu? and if so, how do i go about getting those save files onto the ROMS?

so in gm9 extract the sav file then go in fbi go in gm9 click on copy then go out then roms nds then saves then rename the save to the exact name of the game

Thank you! I actually figured it out yesterday and it didn’t have to be the exact name!

well for me and a other person it needed to be the same name ^^ but good for you that you didnt needed to rename it
