Whenever I'm on Puzzle Swap and I either purchase a pass from Netpass or buy a Puzzle Piece, it has a chance of telling me that the Spotpass data on the SD card has been corrupted, and continiuing will show me that I've "fully" completed puzzle swap with 105/105 pieces instead of the max being 1682 pieces. Getting another streetpass tag or buying a pass from Netpass sometimes reverts Puzzle Swap to how it was before, but this has happened to me twice. Is there any specific reason why this happens or any way I can fix that issue if I run into it again?

Mine non-modded 3DS has the same issue, where it only shows the initial puzzles you get
It's quite annoying.... I believe there's a solution for your modded 3ds, something that adds every puzzle again, but you mentioned that happened twice already

Only solution I know of right now is to get another streetpass tag and hope it fixes itself. I've tried looking online and other people have definitely had the same issue before but I haven't really seen an answer

okay sooo I think i got the fix - you could just turn off street pass, restart console, turn it back, turn streetpass on and restart again and hope it works. if it doesnt:

This github has ALL The Spotpass Mii Plaza Puzzle Swap data,
Download the Files from the github for your region.
Put the Files on the SD card on a New folder, it doesnt rly matter u just need to find it again. you can create a new folder at the directory.
You can also use FTPD to copy then over wifi to not remove the sd card.
Open FBI - select SD and open the folder you placed the files.
Press A on the top and then copy the contains of the folder
Go back to the FBI Main Menu
Select: "Ext Sava Data" and then "Streetpass Mii Plaza"
press A on Browse Spotpass Save Data
Select the directory and choose "Paste"
Restart the 3ds and open mii plaza
This will NOT Automatically unlock all Puzzles, this is only the SpotPass Data needed for the Console to even see those exist when looking at your gallary or meeting new people. Your unlocked puzzle Peaces & panels are saved somewhere else. again Only the SpotPass Data your Sava Data is somewhere else.
With this you will be able to unlock all ever available - even region specific - panels when meeting new people.
You might still wanna do a backup of your current spotpass data before, but shouldnt rly matter...

Ahah I probably should have come back here to say that turning off my wi-fi, turning off my 3DS, and then turning it back on did fix it for me as you mentioned! It might not be a guaranteed fix though so this is really helpful, going to note this down for the future. Thank you dearly!

My 3ds doesn't have the data, but my save still has all my pieces
And it's not modded, so no FTP transfer using FBI lol
