pic 1 shows that it looks uneven, pic 2 is what it looks like on the other side which i assume is what its supposed to look like

so whats the issue then? for me it looks like spacers for holding the screen in place so it dont wiggle

the top half of the aluminium casing is supposed to be closed down more, theres a gap in that white part that i marked which isnt supposed to be like that

honestly if the ds closes and the screen have no issue i would not worry

ive been having other issues with ribbon cables, but whenever i turned on the ds the backlight bleeds from that spot

its supposedly a replacement, the ds im working on currently was a half repaired one off ebay

i think im gonna try bending down the bottom half to let the upper half slide down
