Emulation DLC problems

Apologies if this isn't place but the other discords related to citra or adjacent i can't find.
With the shut down of the eshop and simply wanting to prolong the life of my 3ds I've turned to emulation. Specially mobile CitraMMJ for Fire Emblem Fates (Normal citra proposed the same issue). My pc has no issues running my games, dlc, and mods. Runs great and does what I need.
My mobile version runs great, runs my one mod I want it to, but any DLC from the game only plays one specific narrative mission. Again pc has no problem, I'm using the same files and install methods. And simply am at a loss.
Again apologies if this isn't the right place, any help would be appreciated.
