#N3DS IPS vs TN

I mean they could tell via 3DSident which i believe is on universal updater. Also tn n ips dont really make a different tbh
I mean generally they really do and I'm a bit of a screen snob, but I'll admit to have never seen the 3ds panels specifically so maybe they're both equally pretty bad xd

In short, which type of screen your console has does not matter in 99% of situations.
TN panels only drawback to IPS is reduced colour accuracy at extreme viewing angles. You basically need to be looking at your 3DS from the side to be able to tell.
IPS panels also use slightly more power, reducing battery life.
Think about it this way: if you need to ask someone else what sort of panel your console has, does it really matter? You couldn't immediately tell and your gaming expirence has been just as good not knowing.
If you really need to know what panels your console has, you can check on 3DSident
