Wont boot into safe mode
Will only boot into luma
Had gm9 but wont boot into it anymore after i mistakenly deleted it
I dont mind if i loose all my data if thats what it takes

For section 1 you don't need to do updating gm9 since you already did it

I have tried that too , i can try again but is there anyway i can put a new micro sd or will that mess with the system?

Do that with the new sd card

Do this with the old sd card if you want to check for corruption, which could be the cause of your issue
