my pokemon game wont start

So I have this cartridge of Pokemon Y since around 2017, and it always worked perfectly fine. Recently, I wanted to replay my game and I tried to start it, but it wont stop putting this error message. I've figured its not a problem from my console because other game work perfectly fine and I tried on another 3DS and it still didnt work. I tried to clean the cartridge with isopropyl alcohol but it still wont work. I wanted to know if theres any way to make it work, or to recuperate my save file or my pokemon, even if it include modding. Thanks to anyone reading and answering

It's it just the lighting or are the contacts towards the centre darker than towards the edges?

If it's not lighting, clean it again as that is what's causing the issue

for some reason i can use it on pokebank, i've transfered the pokemon I could but I still cant start the game despite everything i did

Do you have a hacked 3ds?

There are a couple things you can try but you need a hacked 3ds
