niether games nor the system itself will update. the software version is 11.17 so it doesnt need to be updated any further, but when i try to update the games the progress bar will immediatly go away after showing up and this error screen will pop up.
also ive tried with pretendo on and off and i get the same thing both times
and luma is up to date

You'll need the homebrew server, this is definitely a 'them' issue.
