#why is my screen "flickering"?and i think i have a "stuck" pixel
23 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I bought this 3ds from Japan, and when it came the screen was acting like this. I had them check the screen and send me pics before they shipped it and i was assured the screen was fine but i didnt ask them to move the screen around specifically.
One of many reasons
- bad shipping
- hardware issues
- screen burning maybe for the suck pixel
- the screen might have been doing that as a system background check (like checking for touch)
- other that I can’t think of
screen burn in is incredibly rare on non oled screens let alone the 3ds. Screen burn in also doesnt cause stuck pixels, it just causes a "shadow" like affect.
is the 3D turned off?
nope, i didnt realize there was a click part of the 3d scale. i wasnt used to that
still got a stuck pixel tho
how does one fix that
thanks for the help guys,
that sounds sarcastic, it is not.
Look to the right I think
And look for a scale like thing on the top part thingy
I might be mistaken
But there might be a 3d button
Hold on lemme find a pic
If it’s a new 3ds it should look like this
Why can’t I remix it
😭
But I think it’s only for new 3ds
try using the internet browser to run a video of flashing colors and it might fix the stuck pixel. or it might go away on its own as you use it, it may not. give it time and it might go away. i have one like that on my screen that has yet to go away. it’s hard to say if its truly dead or if its just stuck
(this was in reply to this sorry)
