The ribbon cable is damaged or not inserted fully, reinsert the ribbon and if that doesnt work then you may need a new screen

i did try to insert them fully but it only fixed the bottom screen (the bottom screen was a lot darker than before and now it's more brighter), i don't know if they are damaged tho
and buying it is gonna be a way bigger problem due to not being any lcd screens available for any 3ds where i am
