there are 2 issues. 1 Is that it is just annoying but there is also a cap on it. Nintendo said after 10 years if you "hit the limit" on data it would start deleting data. 2011 was 13 years ago

unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it showing 2011 in your activity log. if you opened something while on that date, it’s going to show that information in the activity log. but it’s not going to affect your data in anyway
