Maybe you should read eBay's policies and you'll know that selling modded consoles is against it. Since it's pretty obvious that it's modded since you have a piracy app on it, it's the easiest removal ever

I didn't know about that.
It's just that I've seen other people's listings as well and they haven't got their listing taken down.
Again, I apologize and I decided to rewipe the 3ds after I got my listing taken down. I hope this clears things up
