So i just got a new 3ds as i has a 2 ds before but I think its lost or got thrown out when cleaning. So on the new 3ds that I have i wanted to connect the Nintendo network id that I have from the 2ds to the 3dd and so I put everything right in the link part but it said that it was connected to a different device. I then thought that if I change the email i could link it so I changed the email from using my phone but now it gave a error 022-2613. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You nnid is still linked to the old console, changing email won't make any difference
Just call nintendo and let them unlink/transfer your nnid
