Help my 3ds can't open friends list :(

So, everytime I open the friends list app it gets stuck on this screen:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

While still holding the buttons, press the power button

Sounds like your firmware is corrupted.

Id ask in Nintendo Homebrew, give them all information but I think you need to download your regions firmware from 3ds.hacks.guide and see if that fixes it
