when i want to move things say a locker or pot plant, (well anything that needs you to select SHIFT and mouse click to pick up) nothing happens, I also had same issue with cars and quad, If I wanted to break quad down I can select all the parts np, but if I wanted to pick chasis up I cant. I have tried it on lamps,pumpkins,fires,towers,gates,fences,spikes. well anything to be honest, it is as if the mouse click is not responding to the select SHIFT key when you use both functions to be able to pick things up, as the select E key works as it should on its own, IE you select E to look at loot and it works as it should, if I found a wooden storage box in loot and placed it down outside building area I can, I can put stuff in and take stuff out, but if I try to pick the box up I cant, I called my quad to a pickup point to test, the quad delivered as it should and I could drive it, so I decided to strip it down at the spot which did as it should, the quad was left on bricks and I then tried to pick it up but it would not let me, I put all parts back on quad and drove it to base were I tried again and same thing, last 2 tests I tried I were on moving a water catcher and solar panal and I could not pick up to move. EDIT shiift plus mouse on a empty slot is the action I ment,which I have always done except now it wont work witha few of us,

the reason it's not E is because you would pickup your items by mistake to often

no its not also for pals on server at this moment

everything else is fine, just the mouse and shift with empty slot wont work no more.

Not working on US PVE East server either OverRated. I can't pick up anything there either. Ernt to relocate my stuff from a temporary base site to my more permanent one and no can do. I will say this. Right before I noticed it was not working there was a bug/glitch that caused me to reload my game. I was harvesting plants and the plants were not disappearing. Then it stopped letting me harvest anything at all. I reloaded and that issue was fine. Then I could not move my items to my new base like I said. Tried a reload on that too but it did not fix the issue. And like Beano said, same happened with my new boxes as well.Can't pick them up either. We are gonna work poor waffle to death. LMAO. He is super helpful though.

Just on PVE East. On the hosted server I played on I could still pick things up and put them down again as of an hour ago. Thanks. Have not been back on test since I last saw you there.

Maybe it is just affecting the official servers only?

Ok waffle, I went on test and it was in fact not letting me pick anything up there. HOWEVER, I had read what you said the other day about killing yourself to get the kill a player achievement so I stripped down and dead that. Got the achievement AND it also fixed the issue with not being able to pick things up. Just sharing my findings

I am back. The suicide thin gfixed the issue there as well. The issue was there, I suicided, and tested it out after. It worked. Sorry I got attacked in the game when I logged back in so had to dodge a persistent crazy.

Well hell! It came back again on US PVE East. This suicide temporary fix thing is not gonna cut it. Can't gain any xp at this rate. 2 steps forward followed by 4 steps back is not moving in the correct direction. LMAO. Unfortunately I had to just bite the bullet there as I needed my door and my bag at my new base. Now I can wrap my mind around base building again. But yeah I can log on at test again. What do you need me to do?

if you get the bug open the console and type something and push enter so the log comes up

The bug returned again earlier on US PVE East. Hang on and I will log out from the hosted server I am on now and go to Test and see if it comes up again there. I warned Beano that the fix is just temporary.

any info you get on possible fix, I will jump back on test, ATM I am bouncing between that and EU, I am good till 10pm or just aftrer, GMT Time, well if missus not got something I gota do. or If waffle lets me no if I am not on here, by the way after a few pickup and moves it stopped working, so I suicide again to see if it would happen again and I could move about item around 4x then it stopped so it seems it works everytime you Blood warp.

Ok....with helmet on ....can't pick up. With helmet off.... can pick up. Oh and I also tried typing that into console like OverRated asked me too. Still said invalid permission level one when I did it. I typed it in both when I was wearing the helmet and it would not work and when I took the helmet off and it did. Hope that was a help.
