Everyone in this game is good on lvl 10, fully upgraded, u know
Best to do missions with are those who increase the chances for success like Francis or who gives more XP like Conan
I recommend avoiding sending on missions cats who have a chance to get embers etc., because it's quite not useful

Oh and cats with this ability- They destroy everything more than help tbh
