hmmm she can be! she can be a good support for providing attack damage bonuses to the rest of your team but she is not super easy to build and her kit can be confusing at first, so you'd have to watch some youtube vids or something to know how to utilise her properly. I think if you're gonna build an electro bow character at c0, you're better off building fischl over sara, i'd argue sara is only really worth investing in once you get her c2

and you need inazuma to level sara up so currently its kind of pointless having her
switching diona in for amber could be decent
shield/healing, especially early game, is very nice
the only issue is you wont be able to make use of the cryo resonance but that doesnt really matter until much later on tbh

mine is not even close to being well-built and she's still doing that much dmg
however im pretty sure that with yanfei you can also get really high numbers, just focus on her stats, crt rate/crit dmg ratio and talents, some elemental mastery if you wanna do reactions
and ofc you need a good buffer like bennett, mona, or even sara

why, qiqi is pretty good if you build her, 😅 (I've lost 2 times 50/50 both to qiqi, got c1 qiqi and I'm really happy 😁)

ehhh out of all the characters you could lose 50/50 to, I'd argue Qiqi is probably the worst. all other standard banner characters offer a lot more and her kit really isn't that fun or useful late-game. Jean is a better, more fun character/healer. most of her constellations kinda suck too. Keqing's aren't great either but she's at least a bit more fun to play
Qiqi is only really ever good if you pull her early (or have her C6 lmfao). she can make you pretty much immortal during early game stuff
she's the best healer, no doubt, but that's about it. everything else to her is mediocre and best. no other utility in her kit, you don't even need the amount of healing she gives either. other healers are just...... so much more useful for different reasons
