It's Transformice but Roblox stylized.

They have a "Cat Wizard"

The levels are basically 3D platformers with Transformice elements and a ragdoll mechanic that triggers if you fall from a high place.
There are even achievements for mentioning Transformice.
So far, I've seen that the only type of anchor is a universal anchor. That means the platform you place won't move. It's static forever so being a wizard isn't really hard.
But there are also ghost blocks, bouncepads, and moving platforms.
Although the physics are not entirely polished.
