i mean its kind of dependent on who u play him with

both builds result in good damage, since ventis multipliers are solid

i have my venti on a full em build iirc, but u can still get lucky with substats to get some crit on him too

since ur using skyward harp tho, i would probably opt for a standard dps build of atk/anemo dmg/crit, otherwise it feels like u might be wasting skyward harps high base attack

the main thing is to use vv 4 set regardless of which build u pick
