Yup! I always wanted a bigger parrot aswell, like a red macaw or a cockatoo but they require alot more experience and we haven’t even had our first birds for a full year yet

I never thought I’d be a cat mom. But three Samhain’s ago, I found my sweet and sickly little baby while I was out looking at Halloween decorations with my husband. 

She was sooo tiny, sick  and another animal had bit her little neck. By chance this little baby came running out to me, mewling so quietly. I almost hadn’t noticed the little mewing baby in the dark. But her soul called to mine, and by fate, we met. She was sick, and frail. My maternal instincts kicked in and I scooped her up and put her in my shirt and held her close to me to warm her up. 

She didn’t fight me, no, she purred so quietly. The next day I took her to the emergency animal hospital, she was a shocking 2lbs! :sob: 

The vet said she would be amazed if she made it. 

But I already loved her and prayed to Goddess for her life. Dutifully, I gave her medicine, and bottle fed her every few hours.  
And now, almost three years later she is living her best life. She is my heart, my joy and honestly she is my child.  And that is why I named her Kismet.
