you collect all the confetti (stage 1) be careful of time since you have to bring them back, then you do the same for the candies (stage 2) you can only have 6 per round and after talking to Miguel (can be done at any point) and doing his song pattern and bring him back his guitar (near the tree at the left of the map) you will get the last of the pinata pets

i got a total of 21 piñata pets by the end of all three mini-quests

Well, if they are slapping the LUA event for the entire month, i don't think it's appropriate to have the Halloween event in November. Maybe they are doing something else?

Like- It's been a half of the month and we haven't heard a single reply from the staff about the event itself. So i don't think it's right to have the holiday event in November. And if they are extending the LUA event to November instead of October, that's even worse...

Not to mention LUA events can't be stopped with the Without Adventures tick enabled. It'll just pop up as if it was nothing. And if the Halloween event is indeed not coming, it would've been the first time an event is replaced by an LUA event and the third event to be replaced overrall and the first ever event to be replaced since the Reckoning 2016. And here's the reason why.

The Shaman Event 2015 replaced the Valentines Day in 2015.
The Reckoning 2016 replaced the Easter event in 2016, although the Easter event was delayed to April.

So when days come and go and without the staff signaling the Halloween event and the LUA event being on air all month, if my theories are correct, all we have it's the vs event, the LUA event and the Halloween pumpkin carving contest. So if it gets closer to the last day, it's unlikely the Halloween event is gonna be here. And- I hate to say it, but November is gonna be the aftermath of Halloween and in some countries, there's Thanksgiving.
