What you can also do is track the sheets where they show the rooms and the event intervals, and go mainly for the doorknobs and cats that are easier to obtain than the brooms, and if possible you can go for the brooms at least getting the first one, or go for the candybags and then exchange them for brooms on the mansion map since exchanging the candybags for event items also adds them to the adventure calendar, while if you wanted to buy the items by trading they would only serve to buy the mansion rewards faster, but they do not go up to the calendar
