You can add things like the time you roughly created the account around (if you remember), when the account was last active, if you didn’t buy the fur in fraises, which fur did you buy in cheese? (add the shop id along with it) if you bought any item that isn’t a fur, also add that if you can remember/own any. Little details like this can give admins more to go off of and will help them more. And yeah, I wouldn’t advise putting the info you used in your contact forum here as lament said! I hope this helps a little..

good evening (or morning), i had an account named sadpepedicks#0000, which i am aware the fact it had 'dicks' in the username can be considered inappropriate. however, i got a message last night while in racing room by myself saying "You've been banned for 0 hours for: Inappropriate Username, we will change it for you." or something along the lines of.
This NORMALLY wouldn't be a huge deal but 1) I'm annoyed because my account had the #0000 on it, and 2) I didn't even get a say on what the new username was. It is now Sadface#4782.
is there any possible way I could get it changed to something more appropriate but can keep the #0000 tag, as that was what I really liked about my account? I made it back in 2016, and having almost ALL of my authentic accounts banned during the huge ban surge for NO reason, it's one of the only accounts i have left from back then. i would like to keep the sadpepe theme.

Yeah happened to me recently. I tried to solve a problem via contact form, then ask 2 Modos and they forwarded my issue to admins but all to no avail.
For me it looks like some kind of bot handles contact form, not an actual person. They answer with pre-written messages and can't solve atypical situations
