We don’t get paid to be here, that being said, none of us are available all of the time. Many people want to become moderators but only a few actually qualify for the position because it is very overwhelming. None of us volunteer to be insulted daily, harassed, and stalked on social media. Additionally, some of the content us moderators see is extremely awful and can be hard on mental health.
