He's been banned for another reason, because the staff doesn't know he's breaking the ban of evasion rules.
So I reported this to the moderators
Hes using a vpn if they're unaware of it, which tends to be harder to catch out unless he openly admits that he's evading
If they check past IP logs, they can catch it because both accounts are logged in with the same IP.

It can't only be my internet connection, because others have told me they are experiencing the same issue. Is there something wrong with tfm servers or the steam standalone? My ping is always high (between 200-500) and the server keeps disconnecting me randomly all the damn time. I've recently switched to a faster internet so it should not be an issue at all, like every other site loads and there's never a problem - my connection doesn't even cut out.
Anyone experience the same? Many people told me they are.
