Like 1-2 years ago i got banned because i used my sister credit card without her knowing and she bloked her card resulting in me getting perma banned, i contacted you very soon after this but never got a reply, i spoked with my sister and she was fine with that and even was willing to help me by proving it was all a mistake on my part, but no one ever answered to me.
I recently really wanted to play again, but i don't want to start again from 0, i had a lot, and i mean a lot of hours put in to that account, and the "accident" with my sister card was the only time i did that, i think you can check to see that all my other payments were done by me from my own money using either steam or my phone. You can remove anything i bought on my last payment i don't care, it was my fault, but i want my account back, i really enjoied playing your game, and changed my life by meeting new people that i'm friends with till this day
Please respond to me if there is something i can do or prove to get my account back, i know that it was my fault but i will never happen again.. (Sry for the bad english)
