Hi,

My request doesn't fill any of the categories because it's regarding a permanent ban my account (which I created in 2010) recently received.

I'm an avid fan of Transformice, and have a lot of great childhood memories from 2010-2013 on the platform. I gave the account to my younger brother to share after 2013 (as I'd moved onto other stuff). I usually come back to the game every year for nostalgia sake but have just found out my account was permanently banned for exploiting. I understand this sounds like some terriblibly made-up excuse, but I've never had any interest in exploiting and was deeply saddened after finding out about my bro using the account to use his exploits over the last couple of months.

I've spent a lot of money on the account, and pledged $70 to the TFM Adventures when it was announced (I'm sorry to hear about the cancellation, but I wish it all the best in continuing as it's honestly an exciting game concept).

If you could consider unbanning my account, Matt02#0000 , it would be greatly appreciated. I've revoked any access my brother has to the account, and he won't be going on it again. (unfortunately I can't verify my discord because the account's banned, if you need any other proof of identity, always happy to comply)

Not sure who to mention this to since all of the admins ignore the community, But vanilla1 on EN2 has been broken for 2+ days now, I think the game might need some kind of restart.

Edit: To clarify, by broken, I mean that the room has been displaying as 25+ players but when you join there's below 10 generally.

Going back to what Qrony#0000 was talking about. I am still experiencing the same issue of none of the shop items loading, nor outfits on any mouse including my own. It happened earlier when I restarted my laptop, restarted Transformice, closed Steam and re-opened it and so on.
We did some research and apparently it was supposed to go back to normal in roughly 30 minutes. It hasn't fixed itself and it's honestly starting to annoy the crap out of me.

The only thing that will show are the Shaman items and the colours. Any other clothing won't show

I've relogged at least 3-6 times earlier between computer restarts + I let it be for at least an hour or so. And this isnt just affecting the outfits, but i'll try relog a few times.

Heyyy, I did a giveaway for the new fur and sent it to someone. Apparently I sent it to their alt account and not their main (their discord user in the server was the same as the alts so I got confused). If you joined the room in the middle of a map, completing it will not count for your stats. Which you can see on your profile, you have no completed bootcamps
