use cannons during sham turn, and on dual maps make sure you enter the blue hole (its just of the cheese farm rules). from what ive seen, most players in private rooms dont move much when they spawn in a vanilla map. they usually just wait for the sham to spawn the cannon. you can find rooms in #farm in-game

Hello, I have a mechanical issue with my laptop (ASUS V16 for anyone tech-savvy). Essentially, there's a 10-20% chance my inputs don't register when I make them. I have died when I shouldn't because my mouse either a) wouldn't grip a wall, or b) wouldn't jump. I recently lost a first in racing because of that (I'm not very good, so it was a big deal to me); on three occasions on the same wall-jump, I had to spam the up key because otherwise I would have slid off the wall and died. I finished 2nd as a result. Additionally, my grip is actively inconsistent. Even on chocolate, in instances I should easily pass an obstacle, my mouse will randomly get stuck causing me to fall back down (even though I saw the running animation to indicate grip).

I understand water physics to know which animations lead to what movements; however, sometimes I need to spam the up key as the only way to jump (hitting once won't always work; gravity has the same effect). Two more things I want to touch up on are these: 1) when I play parkour and I need to get a "cheese bundle" (I don't know the correct term) to cross a checkpoint, my inputs are delayed by a few seconds and I can't actually finish the maps even though I'm skilled enough to do so. 2) I regularly die despite not being off-screen. I know you die by crossing a certain threshold from the bottom of the playing area, however, I can see my mouse inside this imaginary square, and yet the game registers me as being beyond the perimetre and kills me.

Does anyone know any computer tools/features—or any quick fixes—to make my keys more sensitive, or my game less glitchy? I don't have a desktop computer, and I can't upgrade my hardware. I know these problems aren't unique to my ASUS as I've dealt with them in the past.

Since tonight (1am French time) I have been having trouble running the game on both versions of Steam, Standalone. Reinstallation didn't work, reset didn't work. Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve it?

Update:

• I changed dms
• cleared cache
• did all pinned tutorials
• i turned off windows deffender
• reinstalled adobe air

and none of these things fixed the problem. It's worth noting that other Atelier games work without any problems; Transformice is the only game that doesn't work.

🔸 Wall jumping (the act of climbing a wall):
Please note that when you hit the wall, you should not be holding down ↑.
(When wall is at left use ← + ↑ + →) / (When wall is at right → + ↑ + ←) and repeat with a good rhythm. Your mouse needs to have downward velocity when hitting the wall or else you will not be able to get the ability to jump.
When stuck in a corner: Run at the wall then very quickly jump (does not work if board, box, etc. is trapping you)

🔸 Corner jumping (the act of gaining momentum by timing a jump on a corner):
The higher you drop from, the further you will potentially go.
You must hit the corner of the object with the bottom corner of your mouse (the corner in the opposite direction than you intend to go).
While the corner of an object is easy to see, the "corner" of your mouse is not. However, if you draw a "circle" around your character, you should be able to see understand where it is.
Note: You can use the command /debug to see the circle around your character.
