okay so. tags were introduced in 2018 so now you can have multiple accounts with the same name. original accounts made before that system was implemented have the #0000. now if you create an account you'll have a random tag even if it's the first with that username

if you try to log in with just the username and no tag, the game will assume you're trying to log in into the #0000 account

Unfortunately, there isn’t. If you report the player in-game a mod will get to it as quickly as we can. We also recommend using the ignore feature so you will no longer see the chats of the player until we are able to handle the situation.

You can always whisper a mod in the game as well to let them know about the situation.

If yes, type in the logging space your email and the password (of course it will work if you had them linked with each other)

Then you will see a screen with accounts linked to that email

create a new account using the same email. when you try to log into the game, use the email in the username field and enter the password to the recently created account. a pop up window with the accounts associated with that email should appear; that way you can find out the username
