Matza is the CCM who checks the staffs activity. People get demoted on occasion if there isnt any participation, which has always been the way since I started the game. For EN, it was always publicly shared to the players. If you have an issue with a specific mod or team.. use the contact form.

I agree with what you said and I'm complaining about what happened on the game's sicord page, and there are a lot of people who use macro, speed, vpn and a lot of other things, they are reported and no one does anything, I never used any of that and even so I was banned, and complaining here doesn't help me get my account back, but it helps to know that the game doesn't have proper moderation since the game has a lot of gamer investors who help give money to the game, and they don't do anything to improve it

I think there is no specific module room for it, but you can try using an alternative way:

1. Click the "Create your room" button on the bottom right corner in room list
2. Replace the long chain of map rotation with "P4,P4"
   That's how you can limit your room into sham building map only, meanwhile you can have you divine skill enabled

The overflowed cheese coins will be converted into shop cheese directly, but only with a limit of 200 per day
so unfortunately as Cate said, the other 300 will be lost unfortunately

It's a visual bug if you see the "+1" icon showing up upon getting the cheese, it'll still count as 3x in the shop

For the case of getting 0 cheese, it is most likely because you have reached the upper limit of gathered cheese of every half hour (which is every 180 per 30 minutes during the 3x period). Once you hit the limit, you have to wait until it starts counting again.
fyi, you will still have the stat. showing on profile even you reached the limit, just that the cheese won't be counted towards the shop cheese

you can't

the registration date that counts is the one on the forum profile. the one on your game profile is the date you first logged into the game with that account, which is why it looks like some of those accounts were created recently

they're very very old and were created through extinction (a former atelier game platform which is ironically extinct). they likely remained dormant for years

owning one of those accounts isn't a reason to be banned by itself. the main issue is that these accounts tend to not be used by their actual creators (they were sold or hacked into), so they tend to be banned for being compromised. if the account was created by you back in the day, you shouldn't have anything to worry about
