Hello, a few days ago when I logged back into my account I saw that it had been banned for "Compromised account" so I sent a message to Atelier801. They replied very quickly that I'd have to answer a whole bunch of questions, which I tried to do as best I could because it must be at least 5 years since I've really played it (you know, sometimes I'd come back for 3-4 games). I've had that happen before and it can be some internet issue on your end, even if other pages of yours work well.. try clearing your cache, else if that doesnt work restarting your router?

I time it was because someone in my household had accidentally changed some internet settings to a higher security (a few other apps weren't working either) so changing it back down worked.

The other 1-2 times, I just let it be, came back and tried it 3-4 hours later and it worked then -I didn't do anything.

And a disclaimer in case anyone else has this issue and reads this: You see this sometimes when the server resets, or new sales or collectors are coming in. those are cheese coins (currency). you can save them (up to 1.5k in your inventory), click them to redeem them so they transfer to your shop (only 200 per day), or trade them

Im sorry but could the mod that just banned me for 24h explain why i got banned? I literally did not say a single word for more than 30minutes, and before that i got insulted for being gay by a player named Divy. And all of a sudden im the one getting baned for "provoking other players". The hypocrisy is unreal. Can i get to know who is the mod that did this sanction?

Because all of a sudden its okay when players are being homophobic and provoking players but when a person responds back and defends themselves that is classified as "provoking". Its just not fair, and there were other playes there that saw what heppened, but lets just do this instead. More than a month ago I was playing normally on my account, suddenly a guy wrote to me to tell me that he could give me strawberries, since he was "going to retire from the game", at first I assumed it was a scam, but he managed to convince me. that he was really going to give me those strawberries, I was very naive and gave up my email, which made him immediately change my password and prevent my access.
I was very anxious and desperate, I sent a letter through a link, they accepted it and they managed to change my email, since I didn't have the password, I asked again for the favor that I could change the password so that this boy wouldn't get it anymore, and today they gave me a response and I managed to change my password.
Now I tried to log into my account and what a surprise I got, I found myself banned, surely this guy being in my account broke several rules and that's why they banned me.

You could try to log onto your account with the forums, from there you can manage your account and while email change requires you to retrieve a code sent via email, you should be able to see your current email but with certain parts censored for security, you might be able to make out which one it is though maybe

The admins take account recovery very seriously. A real person reviewed your contact form and a real person emailed you that message. If they told you what was incorrect, then anyone could be able to recover any account after a few tries which is unsafe.

They’re created by players in the map editor and can be edited there later on as well. Codes are consecutive and numbered from 0 onwards, which means if a player exports a map and its code is @6000000, the next map someone exports will be @6000001
