This is really common for some reason, I'm not sure if the admins reading it are investigating info thoroughly tbh. Best I can tell you is to keep trying, add more details if you can, anything you remember that only the original owner could know, but I'm not sure. I added what I thought was 100% proof that I own my account and I still got the copied and pasted response saying it's not right :/ I've sent prob like 15+ tickets, know the email attached, and nothing. I guess they're extremely strict

It's really weird because i was digging in the history for people with similar problems and apparently a few people mentioned submitting tickets in the past and getting approved, but submitting the same info years later and getting rejected for info that apparently doesn't match the records??

Yeah I feel you it's extremely frustrating 😞 they must have upped the security extremely. It feels impossible to prove you're the owner. Might just be that the admins are busy, skimming, and copying and pasting a "sorry we can't help you" reply bc they don't wanna risk giving someone access to the account if they aren't the owner. I truthfully can't think of anything else at this point

Hey I just wanted to update you, they finally updated my email!!! It took blood, sweat, and tears, but it worked. I told them to review my steam profile as verification of my achievement dates and I think thats what helped. If you have anything like that that might be helpful

I played tfm on steam and it synced my achievements and showed the dates I got them (back in 2019), i made my profile public so the admin could review it and I guess that was the evidence that proved I was the owner, I also specified things like what devices I played on (specifically what computers and specs), mentioned that I moved so my IP was different from the original and that all together helped
