Well let me remind you that the moderation staff is a volunteerring position,and they aren't robots to be in the game all the time and they try their best for all servers,and unlike the game
Perhaps we all know the difference between forums and the game,the forums have the advantage of stability and organization, unlike the community in the game in which what is done changes with the change of its players. In other words, the game requires constant, constant moderation, because riots can occur at any time, cause havoc,insulrs, and disappear in a very short time which the moderators cant catch up with it in time, which requires the team of smoderarors to be always on alert for any emergency. As for the forums, no matter how absent the monitoring team is from its work, regardless of the fact that the situation is an emergency matter, if it returns, everything will be preserved and it can apply appropriate penalties and remove the harm caused by the rioters (violators), contrasting to the game in which the rioter can wait for the absence of the moderstors to do his work without that none of them know.
In terms of the dynamics of dealing with cases;
There is no doubt that many of the cases that the moderators deal with are fixed and not variable, in the sense that the possibilities of breaking the law in the game (cheating, abuse, publishing accounts, etc..) As for the sentinel team (forum moderators), the members must have flexibility in dealing and thinking, because no matter what cases and possibilities of possible user actions are listed in the forum and what requires them to be monitored, it will not be enough and there will still be cases that they must deal with in an instantaneous manner based on the nature of the case, in addition to the experience in monitoring

I'd check the email for an email from atelier, either about a name change or an email change. If you use the email in place of the user when logging in it gives a list of usernames on said email

I believe so, but I'm not sure if it was before 2012, it's been a long time since I played, because I only remember the account's nickname, I don't remember putting an email. And to confirm, I've tried all the emails I've ever used in my life and none of them were.

- have not been charged back
- 15 days since buying first fur

This is no longer updated or publicised and the requirements may be different for everyone, the requirements will be unknown but the list above is a general idea of what is taken into account: hours, stats, days since buying first fur OR colour, etc.
