So it's probably the same for discorderators? So I'm saying there's someone with the 0095 tag without being a moderator, I suppose admin and mod tags and similar to each other and different from the community for a reason, so that's why I asked wondering if this would be a problem somehow @spark abyss

Ex-staff members don't have an obligation to necessarily stay as discorderators or any other role, which is why you can sometimes see #0095 accounts with a teal name

Well the rules don't get specific in a lot of stuff, obviously it may be meant while not being actually said and atleast for me in this case I needed a little more clearance from the moderators or from whoever is aware about this stuff to know if any of this specifically is against the rules.
And you may have not seen anyone get banned but I suppose it's the same case as the moderators not knowing about the people doing so?

Hello, I wanted to see if there is any way to know my tag from an account from a long time ago.
What happens is that I stop playing with my account (I know what the nickname is)
but to this day I don't remember the tag #xxxx. That was a few years ago and now that I've returned I don't remember what email was associated with that account and I can't know what the tag was either, I can say that I had withdrawn when they had just added the novelty of the tags.

If you manage to log into the account if you remember your password you can go into forums and ‘my account’, and you can see the starting letter of it. But if you have completely forgotten both then you can always put past emails, or anything email related that can help them prove it’s your account. ^^

I need help. I don't know who I should actually contact about this problem. I was told by a mod on Transformice to go on the Discord server and ask for help. The problem I ran into is: I saved up 50 gold tickets to buy a treasure chest from the haunted house map. While I was collecting candy, I decided to trade the gold tickets in for a treasure chest. Everything was going well until I opened the treasure chest. When I opened the treasure chest, I DID NOT receive anything. I even posted about this on the bug forum. I don't think it's fair that I worked hard to earn the tickets, only to receive nothing for trading them in. I am sad and disappointed that this happened. Is it possible for the problem to be fixed (so this doesn't happen to others) and for me to get either a refund of my tickets or a title/badge/orb like I was supposed to receive?

Perhaps you enabled a different outfit from your saved outfits? If you save an outfit, it will also save the sham/feather colour you are wearing at that exact moment. So you might have different sham/feather colours per outfit if that makes sense. Otherwise I sadly don’t know..

Discord isn't a good place to report in-game things. Most people who are online on discord aren't online in-game, so pinging a bunch just gives notifications to people who can't take care of it right now. You can use /report or check /mod and whisper an online mod in-game who can help you
