I have a quick question, I bought the black and white cat fur that was on sale last week with fraises however the person I wanted to gift it to was unable to play during the time, but I thought b/c i'd bought it I'd be able to gift it to them. this is not the case, when I click gift in the shop it disappears and I'm unable to gift it to them. Why is this? I bought the fraises just so that I could buy/gift this fur for my friend. I am kind of frustrated

You can still gift them the fur/item even if they won’t be on after it leaves shop. Since the black and white fur is collector it therefore cant be gifted once it leaves shop even if you buy it. You can only gift collector items while they are in the shop.

Collector items are limited items. Once they leave shop you can’t get them again until they return in shop. If someone bought a collector item and tried gifting it to someone after it leaves shop the purpose of it being collector wouldn’t really mean much anymore. :(

Only thing you can do is just wait until it returns in shop again.

well, finding your account data on your own is usually the best first approach to the problem, if you really can't figure out your credentials, you can try reaching out to admins via contact page

if you've already done that, you have to be patient, please mind that there's usually a lot of folks contacting admins simultaneously, and verification process, success rate and difficulty of thereof is highly dependant on how much you remember about your account and how much information you have passed in contact form

not a mod, but steam requires you to gather the 500 firsts and 9001 cheeses all on steam, aka if you had 50 firsts before and only got 450 on steam it wont grant it

when I logged on steam with my account for the first time I instantly received all the achievements

make sure you haven't logged with that account on another steam account before, as it won't apply the achievements for the same account to multiple steam accounts

it must mean you logged on steam with that transformice account before, on another steam account. sadly there's no way to fix it but to log in on an alt that has the stats, or earn them on an alt

not necessarily from 0, if an alt has for example 400 firsts just get 500 firsts (total) on the platform of your choice, then log on steam with the account. just make sure it hasn't logged on another steam account before. you can check that in the account's badges on the transformice profile. if it has this badge, it means it "belongs" to a steam account already

I didn't get achievements on steam even though I meet the requirements (for example, I collected more than 9001 and have the title in game, but didn't get achivement on Steam)

Is there any way to fix this? Mod (Mysiaapl) told me that a few players had the same problem.
It's quite frustrating to have 64% completed instead of 100%

Steam syncs with the first account you ever signed in on. So if you signed in on an account other than Ghost_lov3, steam will show the achievements of that other account

actually the achievements will stack, I had to login on multiple alts to get all my current achievements on Steam

if this is the case it can only mean that you've already logged on another Steam account with that Transformice account

if you log on multiple Steam accounts with the same Transformice account it won't count for other Steam accounts, only for the first

my theory however is that you had used Ghost_lov3#1537 for another Steam account in the past, and that those 2016 achievements are from another Transformice account

it'd just be the Transformice account that is "linked" to the Steam account but not vice-versa

for example I had logged with Chibi#0095 (my main) on an old Steam account. instantly received all achievements. I lost that Steam account over the years. made a new Steam account. logged into Steam with Chibi#0095. didn't unlock any achievements. logged on my new Steam account with alt #1. it didn't have full stats so it only unlocked let's say 50% of the achievements. found another alt that I played on for a long time. logged into that one. it had all the stats so I got the missing achievements

the achievements would "stack" in that case, whatever achievement is missing and the new account has it, it'll give it to you

but you can't use that Transformice account for achievements on another Steam account afterwards

probably means you aren't entering the correct #tag next to your username while logging in, have you associated an email address with the account? if so you can log in by typing in the email address instead of the username

i entered in an email (I know it was correct) when signing up, but I know at some point in-game it said I didn't have an email associated? it was late at night, so I figured I would just deal with it the next day (today),,, how would i find out the tag?

bit of a silly workaround but you can create another account real quick, make sure you keep track of both the username and the tag (you can see your tag when opening your profile)

then you can contact a mod here to let you know what the tag of your previous account was since they can access connection logs
