Good game. Made by Disney, suprisingly.

Basically it's your average racing game but instead of building up nitrous from slipstream, doing drifts and all your typical things, you build up something along the lines of a trigger.

First two are Lvl 1 events. 3 bars = Lvl 2 event.

Level 1 can be something as simple as a line of taxis exploding or a barrel being dropped from a helicopter flying overhead.

A level 2 can be half the city getting demolished, changing the entirety of the track and is a good way for someone in the back to get the lead again.

Good game, good graphics for its time and no race was the same.
