i think the game was losing its popularity before the flash saga

the first hit was changing the game mechanics and thereby ruining a bunch of maps, followed by the destruction and removal of stats of minigames such as #fight, and then with all of those shaman effects. it's a simple game in its core and they started to overcomplicate it, imo

But you need 11 or more rats to get firsts

Vanilla (gamemode) is the easiest, so that's your best bet for cheese, smaller rooms tend to go faster
