This says the wiki about bootcamp stats on profile.
From what i remember its the same. If the map has started with below 4 mice, all completed Bootcamps wont count AND if a room's bootcamp map has already started but you joined the room after a while, the first map wont count but the second map will count on your profile.

Not only that there is a 4 minutes long cooldown on bootcamp coins that you can get for completing a map (relog resets counter)

and the part with "The stat does not increase unless there are at least 4 mice in the room. " might be wrong, if the map has started with above 4 players and you were in the room when the new map started but they all left, it should still count on your profile by completing them. (thats how i remember it for this part)
