For instance, someone is divine no skill and messes up, kicked, someone is new and doesn't sham well kicked, etc.
I just wanted to tackle the AFK problem without it being abuseable

If it wants to run in mainstream browsers it can't because they enforce a policy that forbids Flash*. But since the standalones embed a browser they have no issue running it*.
This is very oversimplified tho, some apps might need something extra to run.
