Many of us in the community have been eagerly suggesting the Kagefur, but it seems to be overlooked despite consistent interest. At the same time, we've noticed other furs, like the Yingyang Fur, being released more frequently, even appearing twice in this period.
We truly appreciate the work you put into the game, and we understand that content releases follow specific plans. However, it does feel unusual to see the Kagefur shown as part of promotional content without any indication of availability, especially since Transformice has not typically done this before. Given that many players are willing to purchase it, we hope our request is seen as genuine enthusiasm rather than an inconvenience.

I understand that it can be frustrating when a fur you really want isn't being featured, however as Mint mentioned, sales and outfits are completely separate - outfits are designed independently of furs and sales. we do take community feedback into account, which is why we have the #sale-suggestions channel where players can request specific items, and the up-/downvotes are usually a decent indication of the demand. but while some players want certain furs to return quickly, others are waiting for different ones. to keep things fair, we can’t keep prioritizing the same furs in a short time while ignoring others that also need to rotate.
the outfits image was meant to display the different fits designed for the theme, we've done this on a few occasions in the past, as a cute gesture to showcase the creativity. it was never stated that all of them would be available in the shop. I'm sorry if this was not obvious at first glance, but upon questions, we did clarify that only 3 outfits would be added to the game.
lastly, no one responded unprofessionally. just because an answer isn’t what you wanted to hear doesn’t mean it was inappropriate or dismissive. we always try to be transparent, and we appreciate your feedback, even if we can’t fulfill every request immediately.
