@lunar roost First of all, you can play on Steam without using Steam's Transformice. You just gotta replace whatever standalone you use in the folder and name it to "Transformice.exe". Second of all, Steam doesn't have a built-in anti-cheat, therefore its standalone is not protected in any matter.

Most cheats are just dlls that you gotta inject into the folder or file, they do not depend on a specific version

And shutting the game down for a week or a month would only push players away.

Guys i'm started playing since 2012 (another account) and i'm quitting this tfm game now in 2024 for some reasons.
Here's some reasons for why i'm quitting the tfm game:
• Admins even dont care this game anymore (They dont add new stuff for a long time, they just make always same updates like new items in shop and events)
• Bad player activity (since when flash is died, In 2014 there was over than +40k online players but now in 2024 there just 1k - 500 online players)
• This game looks more happens broken now (Lately)
So this means, this game no longer gives me as much joy as it used to. I doing always same something and players doing same something too. But thanks for making the good old days... (since when flash is not dead)

• The most common 3 reasons for player losses are: Adobe flash player is died (since 2020), admins even dont care this game and many hackers.
  What do you think guys about this these reasons?
