I would suggest against scarification because results are unpredictable and also it's a lot of trauma for your body to handle at once. I got my nose and tongue pierced which are some of the most "beginner-friendly" spots to have pierced and my studio still told me to give it few months til I had my nostril done, because they considered my body should still use more time to heal 100000%

I had asked them like 2 months after I had my second one done

apparently even only that much can cause strain on your body and decrease immunity to fight off actual illness if you were to get sick, etc

there's a "sweet spot" that it's done in, if you try squishing that area of your nose you might feel it. it's just skin, no flesh

your eyes will tear up from it instantly because there's lots of nerves there, but there's no actual pain

on the AI art topic, because I know there had been some misunderstandings in the past, a reason to have allowed it to stay there and with the mandatory disclaimer that it's generated, was in order to still allow discussion about it as a tool, in an intellectual sense. my personal opinion is that forbidding it 100% gives it much more power than is due, as if it's this big scary thing when I believe it'd be better to approach the topic from a learning perspective. it wasn't meant to be a space for AI art however, big distinction to be made there. either way as it's an everchanging tool and new situations arise, I'm sure the guidelines can be tweaked accordingly by the server mods. I just hoped this might at least help clarify things a lil
