When I turn the gbc on with the ez flash jr in it just loops or it begins an infinite ez flash loading screen. I have tried blowing in the cartridge and pressing the reset button but nothing works.

I don't have a good answer, so wait for someone else that's more knowledgeable.
Just stopping by here to say, please don't blow into the cartridge or the slot, in the meantime. It does more harm than good.
