One with the cart shell removed and the board inside visible would be helpful .

In any case you probably have a bad rom. Download a know good rom by checking hashes against no-intro:
https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=search&s=23

Also, check your SD card for errors, as this could also be caused by sd card corruption.

If you got a free SD card with your omega, it is probably failing (or will fail soon)
